Australia was lucky to get the Olympics in Sydney in 2000, we wouldn''t get a single vote now. Sportsmanship used to be a distingushing Australian value, something we used to lead the world in, but since our sports-mad/tragic PM got onto the Australian values bandwagon, sportmanship has gone the same way as the Australian economy. Every time something becomes an issue, Howard elbows his way in and turns it to mush. He needs to present the Australian voters with a list of his achievements over the last 30 years if he wants to be voted back in.
